Career Counseling

Alternative to what? Does each and every person have a mainstream career option and also have “alternative” career options?

I used to want to be a licensed psychological counselor who also happens to be a writer.

Now, I’m an experienced writer but never a licensed psychologist, and I think I can write more intelligently about the subject of counseling psychology than a licensed psychologist who’s an amateur writer could.
